Request deletion

darzi.online users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Use our contact form and write Account deletion request at the start of your message. Include:

• The Pakistani mobile number or email used for your account
• Your name and shop name, if applicable
• Whether you want to delete only your personal account or an entire shop organization

Do not send your password or OTP code.

Verification

To protect accounts and business records, we will verify your identity and authority before deletion. We may contact you through the registered mobile number or email. Only a verified shop owner can request deletion of an entire shop organization.

What will be deleted

Depending on the verified request, deletion may include account profile data, credentials, sessions, shop memberships, public listing information, uploaded profile/portfolio media, and—when an authorized owner deletes the organization—customers, orders, measurements, staff records, ledgers, subscriptions, and related shop data.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment reconciliation, or backups. Records belonging to a shop may remain when a team member deletes only their personal access and the shop has an independent lawful need to retain its business records. Retained information is restricted to the purpose requiring retention and deleted or de-identified when that need ends.

Timing and public information

We aim to review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Public shop listings and supported public profile fields will be removed or disabled as part of an approved organization-deletion request. Backup copies may take additional time to expire through normal backup cycles.
