These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the darzi.online website, web application, mobile application, customer portal, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining a shop, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. Keep your password, OTP codes, devices, and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Do not share access in a way that bypasses roles, seat limits, or security controls.
Shop owners control their organization, shop settings, subscriptions, team invitations, permissions, and business records. Team members must use customer and shop information only for authorized work. A shop is responsible for deciding who receives access and promptly removing access that is no longer appropriate.
You must have a lawful business reason and any permission required to enter customer names, phone numbers, measurements, photos, orders, payment records, or other personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy of shop records, prices, measurements, delivery commitments, and communications with customers.
You may not use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, send unlawful messages, upload illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, introduce malicious code, probe security, disrupt the Service, or access data without authorization.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing cycles, seat/shop limits, portfolio limits, trial periods, discounts, and included features are shown in the Service and may change for future billing periods. Taxes or third-party charges may apply where required.
Manual payment submissions are not complete until verified. A rejected or missing payment may limit access according to the subscription status. Complimentary access, credits, coupons, and trials may be subject to eligibility, expiry, and additional conditions. Unless required by law or expressly agreed by us, payments are non-refundable after the paid service period begins. Contact support promptly about a billing error.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, including shop descriptions, logos, profile images, portfolio media, receipts, and business records. You grant darzi.online a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service or comply with law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. You are responsible for backups or exports you need for your business. Public-directory content may be visible and shared outside the Service until you hide or remove it.
The Service, software, branding, design, and documentation belong to darzi.online or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business purposes. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or creation of a competing service except where law expressly allows it.
The Service may depend on or link to third-party authentication, hosting, storage, messaging, mapping, app-store, device, or payment services. Their availability and separate terms or privacy practices may apply. darzi.online is not responsible for a third party's independent service.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet conditions, third-party failures, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects active paid use where practical.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for unpaid charges, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, abuse, or harm to users or the Service. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Account deletion is subject to identity verification, shop ownership, retention obligations, and the rights of other authorized users. See the account deletion page.
The Service is a business-management tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, banking, or tailoring advice, and it does not guarantee the quality, fit, delivery, payment, or conduct of any shop, worker, partner, or customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." darzi.online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user data, unauthorized account access, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without excluding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan may hear unresolved disputes.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law. Material changes may receive additional notice.
