Privacy Policy

Official information about darzi.online.

Effective date: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how darzi.online ("darzi.online", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, web application, mobile application, customer portal, or related services (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account and identity information. We may collect your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, preferred language, password credential, profile photo, account role, shop memberships, and Google account identifier when you choose Google sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.

Shop and business information. Shop owners and authorized staff may provide shop name, address, city, map location, public contact number, descriptions, social links, staff details, garment templates, pricing or plan information, and public portfolio photos or videos.

Customer and tailoring records. Shops may record customer names, mobile numbers, notes, measurements, garments, designs, order details, payment and ledger entries, assignment progress, delivery information, and related operational records. The shop is responsible for having an appropriate reason and permission to enter customer information.

Payments and partner information. We may process subscription details, billing cycle, invoice records, payment method, transaction reference, uploaded payment receipt, account credit, coupon use, partner referrals, commission records, payout information, and payout proof. darzi.online currently verifies supported payments manually and does not ask you to store payment-card details in the Service.

Files, photos, videos, and location. If you choose to upload content, we process profile images, portfolio media, receipts, and payout proofs. With your permission, the mobile app may access the camera, photo library, or approximate/precise device location so you can select media or place your shop on a map. You can deny or later revoke device permissions; the related feature may then be unavailable.

Support and usage information. We collect inquiries, support messages, audit records, notification history, login/session information, device or browser information, IP address, timestamps, and technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and manage shop/team access
  • Provide orders, measurements, customer records, assignments, billing, ledgers, notifications, public profiles, and customer-facing features
  • Process subscriptions, verify submitted payment proofs, and administer referrals or payouts
  • Send account, order, payment, security, and service communications
  • Provide support, investigate errors, prevent fraud or misuse, and maintain audit history
  • Improve performance, usability, language support, and product features
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms

We do not sell personal information.

3. Information visible to others

Operational shop data is available only to users whose accounts and roles authorize access. A shop may choose to publish its name, city, location, address, description, public phone/WhatsApp number, social links, profile image, and portfolio through the Find Your Darzi directory or public profile. The shop can change or hide supported public-listing fields in its profile settings.

Customers using order tracking or the customer portal receive only the records associated with the verification details and access available to them. Team members may see information needed for their assigned role.

4. How we share information

We may share limited information:

  • With infrastructure, database, cloud storage, authentication, messaging, mapping, app-distribution, and other vendors that help operate the Service
  • With a shop owner, authorized staff, customer, or partner when needed to provide the feature they use
  • When you direct us to publish or send information, such as a public shop listing or WhatsApp notification
  • To comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards

Service providers may process information only for the work they perform for us and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

5. Storage, security, and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, authenticated sessions, role-based permissions, and protected hosting. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed or stored by service providers in countries other than Pakistan, subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.

6. Retention

We retain information while an account or shop is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain some records longer for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, backups, or legal compliance. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or de-identify it according to our operational processes.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your relationship with darzi.online and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Shop owners can update many shop and public-profile fields directly. Device permissions can be managed in your phone settings.

To request account and associated-data deletion, use our account deletion page. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. If your account belongs to a shop team, some business records may remain under the shop's control or be retained where legally required.

8. Children

The Service is designed for tailoring businesses, their authorized workers, and customers, and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an independent account for a child or submit a child's information unless you have lawful authority and it is necessary for a legitimate tailoring service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when a material change reasonably requires it.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the darzi.online contact page. Include the mobile number or email connected to your account so we can locate and verify the request.
